After attending Faculty and the Bar training, most lawyers focus on their work and end up not having much time to update their training.

Strictly speaking, the updating of technical content is constant, namely because of the high volume of legislation produced in our legal systems.

However, interpersonal skills, communication, leadership, management, negotiation, teamwork, time management and productivity, marketing, among many others, end up never being worked on or intentionally developed; in these our knowledge results from years of professional practice and experience.

Furthermore, even when available to improve these skills, lawyers are faced with a generic offer that is not geared towards their professional reality; therefore, it is necessary to make an additional effort to adapt the content learned to the legal sector.
